#183 busy bees

183/365 busy bees, originally uploaded by rosipaw.

Nature is at its summer peak. Wild flowers abound everywhere, thriving in incredibly warm sunny weather. Red clovers are one of my favourites this time of the year. I really like the pattern on the leaves, and the delicate colour of the flowers.

Bees and birds are busy, just as all the youngsters who were lucky enough to find summer jobs. And us teachers? Busy lazying around, watching the birds and the bees… Mind you, creative idleness can be very productive. The hectic school year doesn’t often allow any time for that. A total change of rhythm and routines, whether it’s working for the teenagers, and holidaying for us teachers, prepares us to start the new school year.

So important to have that down time – to let the brain re-energize. And time to process and think about the important things in life. Lovely shot.
