A most welcome sight by the roadside – spring has beaten winter once again!

New life, new energy!

Yea! Love the contrast of color and texture! Enjoy your ‘unfolding’ of spring! 🙂

For me Easter in particular is all about new life. I think that’s why the egg is such a great symbol.

Have a good break from school dear friend. You deserve it!

Thank you, sinikka, for your visit and a comment.

It’s incredibly hot and humid in the middle of summer in Japan, so you might have felt miserable. Hope you had a good time though. Please do return to Japan and visit Nara where I live when sakura are at their best.

I love Dandelion’s loveliness and energy: it can grow anywhere. Seeds hide deep in the soil or even in cracks between concrete and wait silently for spring to come.

Your idea of keeping a photo-diary every day looks fun but very challenging at the same time. Keep up good work!

Thank you for all your lovely comments and wishes!
@stardust Certainly hope to revisit Japan one day! And you are right – the daily photo is challenging. This is my second year, and I have noticed that it has become harder to keep up. I have had to resort to weekly postings instead of doing it every day even though I take the photos every day. It’s fun and rewarding all the same!

Amazing how quickly things grow once the snow goes. We have had some ice pellets today – but the hardy spring flowers survive it.

It is as amazing year after year. A lot of life already developing under the last covers of snow.
